It was a perfectly pleasant trip, I would come back for sure. It was spotless, the staff was decent and efficient, plus the service was exceptional. The location was comfortable - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

the venue was lovely small, i liked the stay and the location was amazing close to the river with a car park and minimal walk into the centre of the town, fantastic saturday market, and the centre of figeac yet very convenient parking. the breakfast offered a wide range of reasonably priced meals. the bed was good, the room was airy and new-fashioned.

The location here is ideal for walking around the Church of Saint-Sauveur.

- Breakfast is ok. It offers a sufficient choice of dishes. - Rooms are relatively new, renovated and very clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Figeac and it was absolutely fantastic. the location was unbeatable - right on the river bank, offering a stunning view. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower and a balcony to enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and friendly assistance. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view of the river. It was truly a memorable experience.

Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

The restaurant is far too expensive for what is offered. Living like God in France ???

The receptionist was so helpful and friendly - and wanted to speak in English. The situation of the hotel was excellent - overlooking the river and a short walk to the city/town centre.

The room was somewhat small as the stair-head encroached on the room space but we were only there for one night. However, the facilities within the room were fine. We had a meal on the terrace restaurant and it took staff a long time to serve us. However, once the service began it became prompt and efficient.

This place has nicely designed, spacious rooms with balconies, plus an evening drink overlooking the surroundings and a fantastic view from the terrace.

Lawrence at the front desk was very helpfull. Her assistance enabled me to get English service at the phone store to resolve my cell phone problems.

During our Easter stay, we were pleased with the hotel's well-functioning air conditioning and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's parking area. the buffet breakfast offered a great variety of food to choose from.

We found the service to be lacking. We had to wait for some time before someone arrived to check us in.

The location is excellent and the hotel itself charming, both inside and out. The staff were courteous.

We were unable to order drinks in the Bar because:- 1) There was nothing to make Margueritas. 2) There was no Gin. 3) There was only enough vodka to make one drink, not the three we ordered. We left the Bar and went elsewhere.

The staff could not have been more helpful making us feel totally relaxed after a very long trying day. We had a wonderful meal on the terrace overlooking the river. A most pleasant stay.
